HOW TO REMOVE DEBRIS FROM THE SQUIRREL CAGE... Courtsey of RobertM
  1. Open your glove box.
  2. Press in on the sides of the glove box allowing the box to hang down and open. You should now be able to see behind the glove box.
  3. There is a box in the back than you can open with you hand by pushing it up and back. The box is outlined in bright green in my attached picture.
  4. Making sure that everything is turned off (probably a good idea to disconnect the battery just to be safe), stick your hand inside the box and down into the squirrel cage. Now simply pull out whatever debris might be inside. In my case, I pulled out the rubber chunk seen in my previous post that was causing all the vibration.
  5. Close the box leading to the squirrel cage.
  6. Close glove box.

The picture below is what you will be looking at behind the glove box.
